How do I fund the MONEY_IN wallet?
The `MONEY_IN` wallet is a virtual ledger account. You can add money using CARD / EFT or any other available payment method.
What happens if a bulk upload fails?
The system first checks if any users in the CSV file already exist. If a duplicate is found, the entire upload is rejected to prevent accidental re-funding. If there are other errors (like invalid mobile numbers), only those specific rows will be skipped.
How does the CSV Configuration work?
You can define multiple CSV structures (tables). When you perform a bulk upload, you select which configuration to use. The backend will then read the column order from that saved configuration and parse the CSV file accordingly, ensuring the data maps to the correct database fields.
